Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique authorization code.
Pack with Care
Carefully place the items back into their original packaging, ensuring all glass components and shades are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Apply Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of the box, making sure to remove or cover any old delivery stickers.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your full refund once our warehouse inspects the returned goods.
