Colombari table lamp in brass and cane
How is it possible that such a thin, diminutive lamp, could shout so loud? Two things: 1. the intricate cane wrapped column...and 2. the cast brass base, which, though simple, is achingly beautiful and powerful. In some ways there isn't much to this lamp, but its quiet opulence screams out. Brilliant with a silk drum shade in a more pared back environment (it might get drowned if there's too much going on).
